There were 71 bookings at the San Joaquin County Jail in the 24 hours ending at 8 a.m. Sunday. At that time, there were 1,212 people held at the jail, which has an official capacity of 1,665. When the jail is full, some inmates may be released early.

Gun arrest: Officers responding to a report of a woman walking around with a gun in the 5000 block of West Lane contacted Krystal Bowe, 30, about 7:30 p.m. Saturday and found her allegedly in possession of a loaded and concealed handgun. They arrested Bowe on suspicion of weapon charges.

Robbery: A man approached a bicyclist about 7:10 p.m. Saturday at East Church and South San Joaquin streets and accused the rider of having his bike. The man then allegedly struck the rider on the head with a hammer, took the bike and fled the area. Responding officers found the man at South Center and Church streets. After he was identified by a witness, officers arrested Michael Lewis, 35, on suspicion of robbery and for an outstanding warrant.

Robbery: A man was in his vehicle parked in the 500 block of South American Street about 3:30 a.m. Sunday when two robbers approached, broke out a window and one of them pointed a gun at the victim. The gunman then struck the victim in the head with an unknown object before the robbers took the victim’s property and fled. The victim sustained minor, unspecified injuries. Both robbers were males last seen wearing all-dark clothing. One was 5 feet 10 and 160 pounds.

The Stockton Fire Department responded to 129 calls for service in the 24 hours ending at 8 a.m. Sunday, including four vehicle accidents, 103 medical calls and three hazardous material incidents.
