Stolen auto arrest: Officers spotted Margarito Reyes, who was wanted on auto theft charges, at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Shimizu Drive near Ryde Avenue. As they took him into custody, Reyes, 30, tried to run and was taken to the ground. He was found to be in possession of a collapsible baton and drug paraphernalia. Reyes was arrested on suspicion on auto theft, possession of an illegal weapon, resisting arrest, and drug and warrant charges.
Wrap deployment: Sadie Baldon was in custody for brandishing a knife at about 12:52 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of East Ninth Street when she began to hit her head against the patrol car window. Baldon, 28, was placed in a Wrap safety restraint.
