Officer, K-9 coming to Troke

STOCKTON — Stockton Police Officer Ed Webb and his police dog partner, Kaos, will hold a meet-and-greet at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Margaret Troke Library, 502 W. Benjamin Holt Dr.

Webb plans to share important safety tips for children, teens and adults and will talk about the how to train a police dog.

People can take pictures with Webb and Kaos, too.

Tutoring available to students

STOCKTON — Math Easy Tutoring is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays through May 18 at the Margaret K. Troke Branch Library, 502 W. Benjamin Holt Drive.

The tutoring is provided free for any student from sixth-grade to high school who needs extra help in math.

No sessions are held between Nov. 24 and Jan. 5.
