Stockton College Class of 1955 to host annual picnic
The Stockton College Class of 1955 will hold its annual picnic from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 24 at Oak Grove Regional Park, 4520 W. Eight Mile Road, Stockton.
All past graduates of Stockton College are welcome to attend. Attendees are asked to bring their own food and beverages. No RSVP is required.

Creative Child Care will be holding a free Resource and Health Carnival from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 at 2295 E. Fremont St., Stockton.

San Joaquin County Department of Aging is seeking volunteers for its Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
Ombudsman volunteers are trained and state-certified to investigate and resolve problems for residents in long-term-care facilities. They serve as mediators who work to resolve complaints regarding residents' rights, financial matters, neglect/abuse issues, dietary needs, and other concerns.

Edison High Class of 1966 reunion
Edison High School’s Class of 1966 will be holding its 50th year reunion on Nov. 12 at the Clarion Hotel, 4219 E. Waterloo Road, Stockton. The dinner and dance will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person; reservations are due Oct. 1. Information: (209) 513-8815.
