Prudencio B. Antaran, passed away Monday, May 28, 2007 at the age of 96. He was a native of the Philippines. A lifetime member of the Worshipful Liberty Lodge 140, Legionarios del Trabajo in America, Inc. A member of the Fil-Visayan and the Carcar Brotherhood.
He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Adoracion Antaran of Stockton. Loving father of Benjamin (Charito) Antaran of Hercules, Terry (Larry) Mandras of Stockton and Melissa (Timothy) Gust of Stockton. Dear grandfather of Jennifer (Kevin) Pattison, Traci (Shawn) Schock, Larry (Nicole) Mandras, Renee Mandras, Erin Gust, Bernard (Kari) Lantin, Antionette (Matt) Flores and Chris Lantin. Great-grandfather of Maxwell, Isabella, Zachery, Danielle, Emmanuel, Francis and Kai. Also survived by his dearest niece, Joanne Del Carlo of Folsom and other nieces and nephews from California, Michigan, Canada and the Philippines.

Friends are invited to attend funeral services Friday, June 1, 2007 at 1230 p.m. at the Chapel of the Palms Funeral Home, 303 S. California St., Stockton, thence to St. Luke's Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 100 p.m. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 430 p.m. in the Mortuary Chapel followed by services conducted under the Auspices of the Grand Lodge Legionarios del Trabajo in America, Inc., Visitation will be Thursday from 1000 a.m to 700 p.m. at the funeral home. Committal will be at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
